Sarah Ison

Sarah Ison is an experienced Online Distance Learning Librarian and Online Distance Learning Manager at the University of Sussex since November 2019. Previously, Sarah Ison served at the University of Brighton from February 2004 to November 2019 in various roles, including Information Adviser, where responsibilities included coordinating collection development policy and managing resources for the Faculty of Arts. In addition, Sarah Ison contributed as a Visiting Lecturer, teaching MA Information Studies focusing on online resources and research techniques. Earlier roles included Assistant Information Adviser and Resource Assistant, providing frontline support for various academic programs. Sarah Ison holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography and a Master's degree in Information Studies, both from the University of Brighton.
