Jillian Bye is the Chief People Officer at University of Tasmania. Jillian has over 12 years of experience working in Human Resources, and has been with University of Tasmania since July 2020.

Jillian Bye completed a Bachelor of Behavioural Science at La Trobe University, majoring in Psychology and Economics. Jillian also attended Mac.Robertson Girls' High School.
