Vicky-Kerry Offord

Vicky-Kerry Offord has over 20 years of work experience in change management and communications roles. Vicky-Kerry is currently the Strategic Change Lead at the University of Technology Sydney, where they have held various roles since 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager of Change and Communications at Commonwealth Bank from 2017 to 2018. Vicky-Kerry also worked as a Change and Communications Manager at ANZ, News Corp Australia, Westpac Group, and Virgin Australia from 2007 to 2017. Early in their career, they worked as a Communications Specialist at Suncorp Group and as a Marketing Communications Specialist at ASX. Vicky-Kerry Offord has a strong background in driving change strategy and building connections to business direction.

Vicky-Kerry Offord has completed the Prosci Change Management Certification Program. Vicky-Kerry has also studied Change Management at the Australian Institute of Management and Project Management at The University of Queensland. In addition, they have obtained additional certifications such as Change Portfolio Management Foundation from the Change Management Institute in 2023 and Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner from Being Human Pty Ltd in 2015.
