William Baggitt

William Baggitt is an accomplished events and projects manager with extensive experience in strategic event planning and execution. Currently serving as the Events and Projects Manager at the University of Technology Sydney since March 2022, Baggitt is responsible for conceptualizing and delivering a program of high-profile events and brand activations for the UTS Advancement Unit. Previous roles include Senior Conference Manager at The Law Society of NSW, where three major member conferences were developed and delivered, and Senior Event Manager at ClubsNSW, overseeing a comprehensive event schedule. Baggitt also founded The Events Agency, facilitating engagement programs for prominent brands, and has held senior management positions at CNN, leading initiatives across Asia Pacific and EMEA. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Hamilton College and a Master of Journalism and Communications from Columbia University.
