Govind B. Nair

Govind B. Nair is a highly skilled researcher currently serving as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the University of the Free State since August 2018, focusing on metal halide perovskite quantum dots for light-emitting applications. Prior to this, Govind B. Nair held the position of DST Inspire Fellow at Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University from April 2015 to April 2018, engaging in Doctoral Studies in Physics through a prestigious fellowship awarded by the Department of Science & Technology in India. Additional research experience includes being a Research Scholar at the same university, where development of phosphors for LED-based applications was pursued, and participating as a Summer Research Fellow at Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology in 2012. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Physics from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from St. Francis De Sales College.
