Josh Reeves

Josh Reeves currently serves as the Assistant Softball Coach at Texas A&M University-Commerce and previously held the same position at the University of the Incarnate Word. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Perfect Blend Solutions, a global sales and marketing company, Josh facilitates customer acquisition and M&A services for brands seeking expansion. Additionally, Josh contributes to the Austin Contact Center Alliance as a member of the Board of Directors, promoting the contact center and customer experience industry. With extensive experience as a C-Suite BPO Executive, Josh has successfully closed numerous high-growth deals, consistently generating $10M+ in annual sales across various BPO companies. Josh earned a degree in Finance from the University of Phoenix and has foundational education in Finance from Grand View University.
