Fatima Joy Cruz

Fatima Joy Cruz is an experienced academic currently serving as an Assistant Professor 4 at the University of the Philippines Manila since August 2018, following a role as an Assistant Professor 2. Prior to this, Fatima Joy Cruz was an Assistant Professorial Lecturer at De La Salle University from May 2018 to August 2022, and a PhD student at Hokkaido University from April 2016 to March 2018. Additionally, Fatima Joy Cruz gained experience as an intern at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory in October 2017 and participated in a workshop on Protein Expression, Purification, and Characterization in September 2016. Educationally, Fatima Joy Cruz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of the Philippines (2005-2010) and a Master's degree in Biochemistry, Biophysics, and Molecular Biology from Hokkaido University (2014-2016).
