Gabriel Aldrin Mendoza

Gabriel Aldrin Mendoza, RND, serves as a Clinical Research Coordinator at the Philippine General Hospital since August 2021, contributing expertise under Dr. Ralph Elvi M. Simultaneously, Gabriel holds the position of Science Research Specialist II at the University of the Philippines Manila, leading a project on Virgin Coconut Oil as Adjunctive Therapy for Hospitalized COVID-19 Patients, which is a part of the COVID-19 Research Initiative funded by DOST-PCHRD. Previous experience includes roles as a Field Researcher for the Expanded National Nutrition Survey at the Department of Science and Technology, a Dietetic Service Intern at Veterans Memorial Medical Center, and a Community Nutritionist coordinating health programs with the Barangay Development Council. Additional internships include a Front of House Intern at The Bistro Group and providing virtual assistance in transcription and research. Gabriel holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition from the University of the Philippines, completed in 2019.
