Ayalew Asfaw

Ayalew (Ayu) Asfaw is currently a DFC/CBDC Research Student at the University of the Sunshine Coast, focusing on the study of Physical Fiat Currency, Digital Fiat Currency, and Central Banks Digital Currency since February 2020. In addition, Ayalew has been serving as an ISTQB Training Trainer via social media for ITTS since June 2011, providing training for the ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level course across Eastern African countries. Previous experience includes a role as a Test Engineer at Information Technology of Australia from April 2005 to March 2009. Ayalew holds a Master's degree in Information and Communication Technology from the University of the Sunshine Coast, which is expected to be completed in September 2033, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Wollongong. Ayalew's educational background also includes a diploma in Literature from Kottebe College of Teachers Education and a certificate in Biology from Minlik 2nd School in Addis Ababa.
