Paul Bennett

Paul Bennett currently serves as the Dean of Partnerships and International at the University of the West of England's College of Business and Law, having held various leadership positions including Interim Dean of Bristol Business School and Interim Head of Department for Business and Management. With extensive experience in academia since 2007, roles have included Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management and module leadership in multiple areas of business education. Paul Bennett's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior Studies, and master's degrees in Social Science Research Methods and Human Resource Management, all obtained from Cardiff University, as well as a BA in Business from Durham University. Prior to the current role, Paul Bennett worked as an Academic Skills Advisor at Cardiff Metropolitan University and as an Associate Lecturer at Cardiff University.
