Jason Farrell has over 20 years of experience in various management roles within the transportation and distribution industry. Jason has served as a Board Member at the Book Industry Study Group since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Distribution at the University of Toronto Press since 2021. Jason has also held positions such as Director of Operations and Distribution Centre Manager at Kuehne + Nagel, Senior Operations Manager at Accuristix, and National Operations Manager at Superior Propane. Jason began their career at Novamerican Steel and UPS as a Director of Supply Chain and Manager, respectively. Jason started their professional journey at the Canadian National Railway as a Manager.

Jason Farrell pursued their education at Queen's University from 1989 to 1994. During this period, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) and also earned a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations.
