Jessica Deangelis

Jessica DeAngelis is an accomplished graphic designer with extensive experience in visual communication and design leadership. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Graphic Design at the University of Virginia since November 2023, DeAngelis previously worked at the University of Georgia as a Creative Design Specialist, where responsibilities included managing visual identity, leading creative projects, and producing both digital and print communications. A seasoned freelance graphic designer since 2011, DeAngelis has developed logos, presentations, brochures, and various promotional materials. Previous roles include Graphic Arts Designer at West Virginia University and its College of Physical Activity and Sport Sciences, where design work focused on recruitment and fundraising materials. DeAngelis holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design with a minor in Advertising from West Virginia University.
