Kelsie Chaudoin

Kelsie Chaudoin is a seasoned rowing coach currently serving as the Head Coach at the University of Southern California since July 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Associate Head Coach for Women's Rowing at the University of Virginia, starting in July 2020, and similar positions at Stanford University from July 2015 to July 2020. Kelsie began a coaching career with USRowing as an athlete from June 2008 to July 2015 and further expanded coaching experience with novice boys and women's teams at Oakland Strokes Rowing and Princeton National Rowing Association, respectively. In addition to coaching, Kelsie has a diverse background that includes roles as an Educator at lululemon athletica and a Special Projects Associate at Morven Museum & Garden. Kelsie holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a B.S. in Architecture and Spanish from the University of Virginia.
