Richard Naddeo

Richard Naddeo is a legal professional with extensive experience in higher education and economic development law. Currently serving as Senior Assistant Attorney General and Associate University Counsel at the University of Virginia since October 2020, Richard previously held the role of Associate General Counsel for the City University of New York, where responsibilities included drafting real estate agreements, advising on financial matters, and developing organizational policies. Prior to this, Richard worked as Counsel at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, managing contracts and ensuring regulatory compliance.
