Maria Tammaro

Maria Tammaro has extensive experience in legal and compliance roles, currently serving as Senior Legal and Compliance Counsel in the Compliance Governance Department at TIM since 2000. Main responsibilities include advising on national and international compliance regulations, maintaining the Organisational and Management Model pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree n. 231/01, and providing legal support on corporate governance and compliance matters. Previous roles at TIM involved managing legal affairs related to finance and M&A, focusing on negotiating complex agreements and conducting due diligence. Maria also holds a Ph.D. in Law from Università degli Studi della Tuscia and participates as a member of the Ph.D. Board for the Doctorate Program there.
