Kate Holden

Kate Holden is an experienced leader with over 25 years in senior executive roles across prominent organizations such as Financial Times, RELX PLC, and Pearson PLC. Currently serving as an Independent Council Member at the University of Warwick since January 2024 and as a Board Member for the Learning Change Programme at the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, Kate also contributes to The Leadership High as an Advisory Board Member. In addition, Kate is the Managing Director of Carrigans Consulting Limited, focusing on strategy and transformation. Previous significant positions include Chief Strategy & Development Officer at SThree and interim roles at City & Guilds and McGraw-Hill Education. Kate holds a BA Hons in French and Italian from the University of Southampton and has furthered education at esteemed institutions such as Harvard Business School and the University of Chicago.
