Cody Scott serves as a NIL Graduate Assistant at the University of Washington Intercollegiate Athletics, beginning in August 2024, where responsibilities include educating student-athletes, coaches, and team staff on NIL policies and coordinating NIL opportunities. Prior experience includes a nearly ten-year tenure at Lydig Construction, progressing through roles from Project Engineer Intern to Project Manager. Additionally, Cody has experience in coaching as a Middle School Boy's Basketball Coach at Lakeside School and worked as an Event Planning Office Assistant at the University of Washington Office of Ceremonies. Cody holds a Master of Education in Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership from the University of Washington, expected to complete in June 2025, and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management obtained in June 2016.
