Eugene Yang

Eugene Yang serves as the Carl and Renee Behnke Endowed Chair for Asian Health and Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Washington - School of Medicine since March 2019. Additionally, Eugene holds the position of Medical Director at UW Medicine Eastside Specialty Center and has been involved in various roles within the Division of Cardiology at UW Medicine since January 2007. Previous leadership experience includes serving as President and Governor of the Washington Chapter of the American College of Cardiology from March 2017 to April 2020 and as a member of the Board of Trustees for University of Washington Physicians. Eugene's academic background includes advanced training in cardiovascular imaging and cardiovascular medicine, with a comprehensive education from prestigious institutions such as Stanford University and the University of Pennsylvania.
