Ananya Harsh Jha

Ananya Harsh Jha is a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Washington, starting September 2024, with a strong background in research and teaching. Previous roles include Predoctoral Young Investigator at the Allen Institute for AI, Research Engineer at Grid AI | PyTorch Lightning, and Research Assistant at the Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi, where notable work included contributing to a paper accepted at ECCV 2018. Ananya has also served as a Teaching Assistant for various courses related to Machine Learning and Spatial Computing, and has interned at Elucidata Corporation and Schlumberger, developing libraries for data analysis and supporting offshore drilling operations, respectively. Ananya's education includes a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Washington, a Master’s degree from New York University, and a Bachelor’s degree from IIIT Delhi, in addition to ongoing certification in Strategic Management from the London School of Economics.
