Brian Boyd

Brian Boyd is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and military service. Currently serving as the Director of Networks and Communications Technologies and Director of IT Operations at the University of Washington since September 2003, Brian has a solid foundation in managing IT infrastructure and operations. Prior to this role, Brian spent 20 years in the U.S. Coast Guard, which included 4 years of active duty and 16 years in various reserve capacities, culminating in responsibilities as a Coxswain and Federal Law Enforcement Boarding Officer. Educationally, Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from San Jose State University.
