Candice Douglass

Candice Douglass is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in academic and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as a Marketing and Communications Consultant at the University of Washington since June 2018, Candice supports various units' marketing and communications efforts. Previous roles include Chief Marketing and Communications Officer and Assistant Dean at the UW School of Nursing, and Managing Director for Marketing & Communications at the College of Arts & Sciences, where Candice oversaw comprehensive communications strategies for the largest college on campus. Candice also held the position of Director of Communications at Casey Family Programs, acting as a national spokesperson, and contributed to public relations at Cell Therapeutics, Inc., focusing on innovative cancer therapies. Candice began a marketing career as a Senior Marketing Manager at Exponent and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Washington.
