Kelly Miles

Kelly Miles has over two decades of experience in program management, donor relations, and communications within the non-profit and academic sectors. Currently serving as the Employee Engagement Program Manager at the University of Washington's Advancement Department since January 2014, Kelly has also held positions as HR Generalist and Assistant Director of Operations and Administration. Prior experience includes a significant role as Director of Protocol / Donor Relations at the Museum of Glass, where responsibilities encompassed managing the development department, overseeing donor cultivation strategies, and leading teams for social media and internal communications. Additional experience includes grant writing and communications coordination for Habitat for Humanity Seattle and project management at Abelson-Taylor. Kelly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature with a concentration in Art History and Ceramics from Barat College of DePaul University.
