Dr. Shelli Frazier Trotman Scott

Dr. Shelli Frazier Trotman Scott serves as the Chief Executive Officer of The Octopus Agency, LLC since December 2021, focusing on assisting leaders and high-performers in optimizing productivity while prioritizing self-care. Concurrently, Dr. Trotman Scott has been a Professor and Director of Graduate Affairs at the University of West Georgia since August 2006, and also holds the title of Associate Professor of Special Education. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Urban, Gifted, and Special Education, an M.A. in Technology Education, and a B.S. Ed. in Special Education, all obtained from The Ohio State University.
