Susan Jackson

Susan Jackson is an experienced educator and healthcare professional specializing in midwifery and healthcare leadership. Currently, Susan serves as a Lecturer in Advanced Healthcare Leadership and Management at Keele University and as Academic Lead for Study Abroad. Additionally, Susan holds the position of External Examiner for Masters Midwifery at the University of West London and previously at Edge Hill University. With a strong background in nursing and midwifery, including roles as Lead Midwife for Education and Senior Lecturer at Staffordshire University, Susan has contributed to various initiatives, such as the DESTINY Project under the Erasmus programme. Susan is also a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a Steering Group Member for Health Education England. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Medical Ethics and Law from Keele University and a Bachelor's degree in Midwifery Studies from the same institution.
