Amber Norman

Amber Norman is a seasoned higher education professional with extensive experience in student development and residence life. Currently serving as a Student Development Specialist at the University of Windsor since January 2014, Amber coordinates and delivers orientation programs that facilitate student transitions and offers mentorship through leadership initiatives. As a Residence Life Coordinator, responsibilities include planning and supervising community activities, managing staff development for 15 residence life members, and addressing behavioral and health-related issues within the residence community. Prior experience includes the role of Residence Area Coordinator at Lakehead University, where Amber oversaw resident assistants and coordinated various educational and social programs. Amber holds a Master's degree in Education - Post Secondary Studies from Memorial University of Newfoundland and an Honours Bachelor of Arts along with a Bachelor of Education from Lakehead University.
