Jhoan Baluyot

Jhoan Baluyot serves as the Interim Executive Director at the University of Windsor since April 2019, where responsibilities encompass overseeing the Public Affairs and Communications portfolio, focusing on external strategic stakeholder communications and marketing, production, and events. Key activities include managing brand reputation, faculty support, media relations, crisis communications, and digital marketing. Prior to this role, Jhoan was the Public Relations and Communications Manager at Caesars Windsor from 1998 to March 2019, acting as a spokesperson and managing corporate giving and social media efforts. Jhoan holds education from St. Clair College and the University of Windsor.
