Peter Testory

Peter Testory serves as the Director of Dining and Culinary Services at the University of Wisconsin-Madison since February 2017. Previously, Peter held the position of Assistant Director of Residential Dining Services at Colorado State University from August 2012 to January 2017, overseeing various operational facets including warehouse management, catering services, and budget management. Peter's earlier experience includes a decade as a Production Chef at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where responsibilities encompassed meal service for a large campus dining venue, employee management, and catering for university officials. Peter holds a B.A. in General Studies with a minor in Business Management from Eastern Illinois University and an A.A.S. in Culinary Arts from Kendall College.
