Trenton M. Smiley

Trenton M. Smiley, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Customer Messaging at hoopla Digital, where responsibilities include leading the company's messaging strategy to enhance customer relationships and aid sales and marketing in the library market. Smiley also teaches online marketing courses as an Adjunct Instructor for the University of Wisconsin-Madison's Information School.
