Dina Fassino

Dina Fassino serves as the Director of University Communications and Marketing at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls since September 2018, and has held various communication leadership roles since 1999. Previous experience includes a significant tenure at HealthEast, which combined with Fairview in June 2018, where Fassino worked as Director and System Director of Communications, focusing on internal communication alignment and strategy following hospital mergers. Additional roles include Group Director of Communications at HealthEast, where messaging plans were developed for complex organizational changes, and Executive Lead of Communication/Marketing at Woodwinds Health Campus, emphasizing integrated communication strategies. Prior to HealthEast, Fassino gained experience in the entertainment industry as a Producer and Director for River Road Entertainment and held multiple roles in broadcast journalism at All News Channel and WSAW-TV. Education was obtained from St. Cloud State University.
