Milind Deshpande

Milind Deshpande is an accomplished microbiologist with extensive experience in academia and industry. Currently serving as Adjunct Faculty at the University of Wisconsin-Stout since August 2016, Milind Deshpande is involved in developing a course on Fermentation Microbiology and Bioprocessing, as well as participating on a graduate student committee. Additionally, as the Director of Microbiology and Bioactives at Vets Plus Inc. since May 2014, Milind Deshpande leads fermentation process development and antimicrobial testing for the animal feed supplements industry. Previous roles include serving as an Adjunct Assistant Professor and Technical Director at The University of Iowa from March 2005 to January 2015. Milind Deshpande holds a Post Doctoral Associate degree in Microbiology from the University of Iowa and a Ph.D. in Microbiology from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
