Currently serving as an Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Fellow at the University of Wisconsin System, Brittney has previously held roles as a Resident Assistant and First-Year Seminar Instructor at Boston College, focusing on community building, holistic wellness, and social justice. Brittney has a strong background in tutoring, research, and academic support, having worked with City Year, Binghamton University, and various educational programs. Brittney holds a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well as a MA in Higher Education/Student Affairs and a BA in Human Development and Psychology from Boston College and Binghamton University, respectively.
