Gary Allen Bennett

Gary Allen Bennett has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Gary Allen started their career in education as a 2005 Corps Member and Second Grade Teacher for Teach For America / Clark County School District. After three years, they transitioned to the field of policy advocacy and served as a Policy Advisor for Wisconsin State Senator Lena C. Taylor. In 2013, Gary joined Wisconsin State Senator Alberta Darling's team as Chief of Staff, where they worked for three years before joining the University of Wisconsin System as the Director of the Office of Educational Opportunity in 2016.
