Rick Roark

Rick Roark is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst for the Administrative Transformation Project at the University of Wisconsin System since January 2022, Rick previously held the position of HCM Consultant at TopBloc from January 2021 to January 2022. Prior roles include Sr. Business Consultant at IBM and Senior Consultant for HCM and Student Systems at Workday. Rick holds a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Higher Education Administration from Indiana University Bloomington, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and French from the same institution.
