Dr. Saleh Mobayen, SMIEEE, is an accomplished academic and researcher currently serving as an Associate Professor at National Yunlin University of Science and Technology since September 2020, where Dr. Saleh also founded the Control Engineering Subsection within the Future Technology Research Center. Concurrently, Dr. Mobayen has held the position of Associate Professor at the University of Zanjan since January 2013, where Dr. Saleh also established and directs the Advanced Control Systems Laboratory. With previous roles including faculty positions at various universities and research fellowships, Dr. Mobayen's extensive educational background includes a PhD in Control Engineering from Tarbiat Modares University and multiple degrees in engineering from the University of Tabriz.
