Katharina Reher is currently a Doctoral Student and Research Assistant in Social and Economic Psychology at the University of Zurich, focusing on the investigation of voluntary ignorance and the influence of social factors on group decision-making. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Assistant in psychotraumatology and emergency psychology at Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck, collaborating on a decision behavior experiment with children at the Max-Planck-Institut zur Erforschung von Gemeinschaftsgütern, and completing an internship in training and development at BMW Group, where significant contributions included international onboarding analysis and the development of an e-learning program for leadership. Reher has also held leadership roles in the student-run consultancy icons and has experience in human resources from internships at ZETCON Ingenieure GmbH and Kristin School in New Zealand. Reher holds multiple degrees in Psychology and Applied Economics from Universität Innsbruck, along with an ongoing PhD at the University of Zurich.
