Rahel Gugerli

Rahel Gugerli is a professional with extensive experience in human resources, education, and project management. Currently serving as a Mitarbeiterin Berufungen Professor:innen at the Universität Zürich since October 2024, Rahel Gugerli supports the recruitment processes for professors and oversees the Dual Career & Integration area. Previous roles include leadership in HR at Stadt Schaffhausen, where responsibilities encompassed citywide personnel development and training for over 1,500 employees. Rahel Gugerli also has experience with Stadt Winterthur, leading programs for labor market integration, and has held managerial positions in educational program development at Amt für Wirtschaft und Arbeit, Kanton St.Gallen. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Adult Education and dual Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland.
