Emily Peca

Emily Peca, DrPH, MA, is an accomplished professional in global health and public health education. As the Founder of Practical Evaluation and Communication Associates, LLC since May 2025, Peca leads efforts in evaluation and communication strategies. Simultaneously, Peca holds positions as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Global Health at The George Washington University and previously served as an Adjunct Professorial Lecturer at American University. Peca's extensive experience includes various roles at University Research Co., LLC & Center for Human Services, notably as Technical Director for Program Development and Implementation, and as an Implementation Research Scientist. Peca earned a Doctor of Public Health degree, a Master of Public Health, and a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from The George Washington University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in English and Communication from Boston College.
