Kerry McPhee

Kerry McPhee is an accomplished business development professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Business Development Manager at URC since August 2020, previous roles in the same organization included Business Development Officer and Executive Office Coordinator. Prior to URC, Kerry held the position of Program Manager at Journey's End Refugee Services, Inc. and worked as Partnerships Program Coordinator at Grassroot Soccer. Experience with the Peace Corps as a School and Community Resource Project Volunteer and as a Program Assistant further demonstrates a commitment to community engagement and international development. Additionally, Kerry has held an Intake Coordinator position with the International Rescue Committee. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a degree in Political Science and Global Gender Studies from the University at Buffalo, along with a semester study abroad in Humanities at the University of Cape Town.
