Christine Eick, EdD, SPHR, DRM, ARM, currently serves as the Education Manager at URMIA (University Risk Management & Insurance Association) since July 2018. Prior to this role, Christine held the position of Executive Director of Risk Management and Safety at Auburn University from September 1996 to July 2018. Additionally, Christine was a Board Member at URMIA from 1993 to 2013 and worked as a Risk Manager at Georgia State University from 1993 to 1996. Earlier in the career, Christine was a Loss Control Representative at USF&G Insurance Company from 1987 to 1989. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Educational Leadership with a focus on Higher Education Administration from Auburn University (2000-2003), an MS in Risk Management & Insurance from Georgia State University (1994-1996), and a BS in Safety and Health Management from Clemson University (1983-1987).
