Susan Liden is an experienced professional in risk management and education, currently serving as Education Manager at the University Risk Management & Insurance Association (URMIA) since January 2023. Previously, Susan held various leadership roles at Pacific Lutheran University from July 2007 to December 2022, including Director of Risk Services, Director of Risk Management and Insurance, and Manager of the Office of Finance and Operations.
