Catherine Provencher

As Vice Chancellor and Treasurer Catherine Provencher serves as Chief Financial Officer of the University System. She and her team of approximately fifty coworkers provide centralized accounting, budgeting, treasury, including cash, investment and debt management, internal audit, procurement, capital planning and institutional research services to the four institutions comprising the University System. Provencher and her team also serve as staff liaison to the Board of Trustees’ Financial Affairs, Investment and Audit Committees.
