Thomas Nudd

Thomas Nudd has extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity and information technology. Thomas is currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at the University System of NH, where they are responsible for the cybersecurity posture of the institution. In addition, Thomas is a Board Member at Northeast Research And Education Network (NEREN), a consortium that provides a fiber-optic network connecting research and education communities in New York and New England.

Prior to their current roles, Thomas worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance in various positions, including Director of Cybersecurity Engineering and Principal Information Security Analyst. Thomas also has experience as a Systems Administrator, Information Security Analyst, Business Analyst, and Information Systems Analyst.

Thomas began their career with a marketing internship at Stonewall Kitchen.

Thomas Nudd graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in International Business / Marketing from the University of Maine in 2007. Thomas then pursued a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Southern New Hampshire University, which they completed from 2007 to 2009. In 2010, Thomas enrolled at Norwich University and obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science / Information Security in 2012.

Thomas Nudd also holds several certifications including Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS), CISSP from (ISC)², Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) from (ISC)², GCED from GIAC, GCIH from GIAC, and Information Systems Security Management Professional (ISSMP) from (ISC)².
