Deana Colman

Deana Colman currently serves as the Human Resources Director at University Village Thousand Oaks, a position held since March 2019. In addition, Deana has been the Human Resources Manager at Indian Ridge Country Club since November 2006, overseeing HR functions for a private country club with over 200 employees. As the owner of Deana Colman - High Performance Coach & Life Strategist since January 2014, Deana provides coaching and strategic guidance. Previously, Deana worked as the Area Human Resources Manager for Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., managing HR for a branch with over 600 employees. Deana holds an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Los Angeles Pierce College, an Associate’s Degree in Life Coaching from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, and a Holistic MBA from Chopra University.
