Jonathan Dahl

Jonathan Dahl is an experienced Product Owner and consultant with a strong background in agile methodologies and digital transformation. Currently serving as a Product Owner at Universum since May 2023, Jonathan has previously held similar roles at Cartina, Arbetsförmedlingen, and Unionen, where responsibilities included product development, backlog prioritization, and team optimization. Jonathan also held a position as a Digital verksamhetsutvecklare, leading web project initiatives and implementing new services and authentication solutions. Earlier in the career, Jonathan worked as an Arbetsrättslig Rådgivare at Academic Work, progressing through various consulting and managerial roles. Jonathan holds a Fil. Kand. degree in Sociology with a focus on Personnel, Work, and Organization from Stockholm University.
