Mariusz Sojka

Mariusz Sojka is a seasoned Senior Product Designer at Universum, leading design initiatives and setting the vision for user experience while fostering collaboration among product teams. Previous roles include UX Designer at edrone, where Mariusz drove user-centered design processes and defined the Design System scope, and UX/UI Designer at Greenbyte AB, focusing on user experience and establishing internal guidelines. Mariusz also contributed as a UX/UI Designer at Rentflow and TVP Polish Television, developing prototypes and enhancing usability. Early career experience includes founding DH-zone.com and maintaining web design for Effektivt Landbrug. Mariusz holds a Licentiate degree in Graphic Design from Cracov Pedagogics Academy and studied at the Cracov Art School of Interior Architecture.
