Maryann Lee Mathew

Maryann Lee Mathew is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research, product management, and business development. Currently serving as the Head of Research and Development at Universum since September 2022, Maryann previously held several significant roles at Potentialpark, including Head of Product and Key Account Manager for the Nordics and USA. Significant accomplishments include leading a skilled team to enable data-driven decisions and improving survey design and methodologies. Earlier in the career, Maryann contributed to workplace improvement at Leesman and developed internal processes at Alfa Relocation. Maryann's educational background includes an Honors Research Masters in Finance and a degree in Banking and Commerce from Monash University, along with intensive Swedish language training.
