James Zhao

Zhao has abundant experience and was involved in many aspects of large equity transactions and structured financing, such as IPO, private placement, financial advising, and SPAC, etc. Before Univest, he was an investment analyst at Universal Capital Holdings Group, which is dedicated to cross-border strategic acquisition and investment. Zhao obtained his Master’s degree in Risk Management from Columbia University and his Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Investment from Gabelli Business School at Fordham University.
