Justin Conner serves as the Vice President and Market Leader for the Capital Region at Univest, where Justin has been since June 2019, focusing on commercial banking, lending, insurance, and wealth management. Prior to this, Justin held the position of Vice President and Business Loan Officer at Members 1st Federal Credit Union from December 2005 to June 2019, specializing in commercial financing for local real estate investors and business owners. Justin's career began in December 1997 at Santander Bank, N.A., where Justin progressed through various roles, including Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Head Teller, and Teller, contributing to the development of a high-performing sales and service team culture over eight years.
