Natalye Paquin

Director at Univest

Natalye Paquin is the current Director at Univest. Prior to their current position, they served as the Chief Transformation Officer for Girl Scouts of the USA from November 2015 to September 2017. In this role, they were responsible for leading innovation, integration, mitigation of risks, and communicating the national strategy, which was a systemic transformation of the Girl Scouts core business model. Paquin also served as the key face and spokesperson for aligning and unifying the Girl Scouts federation of 112 councils around the strategy.

From November 2010 to November 2015, Paquin served as the Chief Executive Officer for Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania. In this role, they were a visionary leader charged with stabilizing the organization following the merger of three geographically and culturally diverse Girl Scout councils. Paquin was responsible for fundraising, corporate and community engagement, and working with a Board of Directors. Natalye was able to successfully unified the organization, integrated systems, stabilized membership, grew revenue, and modernized facilities and programming. Additionally, they led a work force of 450 (including part-time and seasonal staff), with oversight of 13 properties, including retail stores, nine camp-sites and over 2400 acres of land. At its peak, Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania was the state’s largest girl serving organization and the 10th largest (of 112) Girl Scout Council in the United States, serving nearly 40,000 girls and 15,000 adult volunteers.

Natalye Paquin studied at Florida A&M University, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree. Natalye then went on to study law at DePaul University College of Law, and finally business at Harvard Business School Executive Education. Natalye is now a superintendent with the Broad Center - Superintendents Academy Program.
