Marta Jarosik

Marta Jarosik is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people and culture management. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Univio since May 2016, Marta has played a crucial role in shaping the company's culture and supporting managers in creating productive work environments. Prior to this, Marta held the position of HR Manager at CSS Corp Sp. z o.o., where responsibilities included developing local HR strategy, managing employee relations, and implementing best practices in human capital management. Earlier experience includes roles as a Recruiting Specialist at The Boston Consulting Group and a Recruitment & Development Specialist at EnergiaPro Koncern Energetyczny SA. Marta holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business and a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Uniwersytet SWPS. Currently, Marta is furthering education at the ICAN Institute.
